Summer Weekly Rental is $1200/week.
No smoking and pets.
The cottage has three bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. The large bedroom with deck has a queen size bed.
The other two bedrooms have twin beds and a bunk bed with a full bed on bottom with twin on top.
Downstairs is the Living Room / Dining Room area, kitchen, full bath, and a bedroom with a queen bed.
A crib and highchair are available.

The kitchen as a dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. Furnished with dishes, pot and pans, and whatever
you would need.
Sheets and towels available.
There is cable TV, CD and VCR players.
A childrens playhouse in the yard.
